حامد امطير من مواليد 25 نوفمبر 2002 من مدينة درنة في شرق ليبيا، أكمل دراسته الأساسية والإعدادية والثانوية بمدينة درنة ثم أنتقل للدراسة في مدينة البريقة لإتمام مسيرته الجامعية هناك.
Hamed Emtir was born on November 25, 2002 from the city of Derna in eastern Libya. He completed his basic, preparatory and secondary studies in the city of Derna and then moved to study in the city of Brega to complete his university career there.
