«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух горизонтальных полос, голубого и белого цветов, в соотношении 3:1, на которых в центре помещено изображение композиции фигур из герба муниципального образования: на голубой полосе — зелёный с чёрными стволом и ветвями дуба, стоящий на зелёной земле (вплотную к белой полосе) поверх жёлтого пламенеющего солнца; на белой полосе — голубой карп, плывущий к древку».

Внесён в Государственный геральдический регистр Российской Федерации с присвоением регистрационного номера 8490.
